Schedule

The above rules have been selected fromm fifty years of experience and are made of the benefit of the children as well as the teachers. It is upsetting to a child to arrive too late for morning snack and story time or to be left long after all the other children have departed for home. Much thought has gone into arriving at the best schedule to make everyone happy, so please cooperate for the benefit of all our children.

Health and Happiness

Cleanliness:

Naps:

A HAPPY, RESTED CHILD IS A BETTER NIGHT SLEEPER AND HAPPIER TO TAKE HOME.

Manners:

Our children are taught good table manners and politeness to others by repeated examples.

Security:

Children have a need for repetition of sameness. The value of repetition is that they can predict what is going to come. This is very important for the young child because their security in the world, depends to a large degree, on the fact that they can foretell. Therefore, our routine is the same from day to day with just enough variation to add interest and excitement.
